Abstract
Introduction: The world will always be one of “haves” and “have nots.” Whether the measurement is wealth, power, health, honor, education, attentive parenting, nourishing food, clean water, physical ability, artistic ability, brain power, intimacy, friendships, tribal association, or even sheer luck, there will always be those who are in a “better” position than others.
